Vertical Mark provides professional aerial & ground videography/photography for any class of private properties, family special occasions & celebrations, commercial properties, real estate marketing, construction projects & corporate events – workload permitting. Each project is customized to highlight the location, atmosphere, people, and details that are most important to the client.

A typical project includes an initial consultation, location scouting and flight planning, development of a shot list, on-site aerial and ground filming/photography, professional post-production editing, color enhancement, and cinematic royalty-free licensed music. The final video is delivered ready for social media, websites, and other marketing uses.

Optional add-ons may include voice-over narration, custom titles, company branding, and additional versions formatted for different platforms. As a newer startup, some advanced options may not be immediately available.

Before filming, Vertical Mark works closely with the client to understand the goals of the video, the key features or moments to capture, and the desired visual style. We then develop a customized shot list and production plan designed to efficiently capture the necessary footage while leaving room for creative opportunities on location.

Yes. High winds, rain, poor visibility, nearby airports, and certain property or event conditions can affect whether safe drone filming is possible. Vertical Mark carefully evaluates the location and weather before each flight and will work with you to adjust or reschedule if needed.

In some cases (such as properties very close to airports), a special FAA waiver may be required. If approval cannot be obtained in time, we can still complete ground-level photography and videography.

Production time varies based on my current workload (as a solo, part-time operation), the length and complexity of the project, the amount of footage and photos, and any requested options such as narration or branding.

After filming, I carefully review and edit the footage, synchronize it with music (and optional narration), and deliver a professional final product. I will provide you with a clear estimated delivery timeline once we agree on the project scope.

Finished videos are typically delivered via secure private links through Vimeo (streaming + download). High-resolution photos are provided via a secure private cloud folder (Dropbox or Google Drive) or USB thumb drive. Other delivery preferences can be discussed and accommodated.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please contact Vertical Mark as soon as possible. We will work with you to review options, including rescheduling when possible.

Any refund, retained deposit, or cancellation fee will depend on how much notice is provided and the amount of work already completed (such as scouting, flight planning, or editing). Non-refundable expenses may include any pre-purchased items or services incurred specifically for your project.

Ground photographic and video equipment includes a Nikon Z6 III full-frame setup with Nikkor Z S-Line lenses, external microphone, professional lighting for both video and stills, and a DJI Ronin RS 5 gimbal for smooth cinematic ground footage.
